Return Policy
Due to COVID-19 we will not accept returns, this is due to the safety for our customers and staff. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with enclosed packing slips. We will issue a store credit upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. There are no refunds, no exceptions!
Please email us at christyjeneen@sassynfierce.com for a return merchandise approval. No returns will be accepted without a RMA.
All bodysuits, leggings, and leggings set, white items, accessories, and sequin items are considered FINAL SALE.
Items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
Please only send returns via USPS. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you the value of the goods.
The cost of shipping the time to us is your responsibility. Please DO NOT send via FEDEX or UPS. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please note, if your item is returned to us due to insufficient address, we will require you to pay a standard shipping fee of $8.99 to have the item returned to the correct address. No exceptions will be made.
Please also note we will exchange an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for an exchange to be processed. Credit amounts do not cover shipping and handling!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Policy
Due to the high volume of orders please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. Once processed for shipping, you will receive notification of your tracking number. It sometimes takes up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated by the post office.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier.
SassyNFierce does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will not update shipping addresses. Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping cost.
